Scope of Service :
1) Vendor needs to provide youth violence prevention communications strategy and social norms Campaign.
- Work will include the design, development and implementation of a youth cantered communications strategy to change the perceptions and behaviours that lead to an acceptance of youth violence, promote positive social norms, and connect youth with community resources.
- The work should be evidence-based, reflect the youth perspective, and take an innovative multi-media approach to ensure that the campaign achieves high community visibility.
- All deliverables should be aligned with the community’s violence prevention strategy and the city’s violence prevention programs and initiatives.
(2) A Non-Mandatory Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2025.
