(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding initiative. It is a unified effort to make it easier for everyone to explore, navigate, and connect with all corners of our community. Driven by collaboration across City departments, neighbourhood groups, and partner organizations, this project aims to create a seamless, welcoming, and consistent experience for residents and visitors alike.

- Support mobility, walkability, and sustainability Encouraging more walking, biking, and transit use promotes public health, reduces traffic congestion, and improves air quality.

- Deliver a unified experience The initiative will unify ongoing efforts, such as those in the Streetcar corridor, West Bottoms, and Health Sciences District, under a single, thoughtful, citywide framework, ensuring consistent information across all locations.

(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on September 18, 2025.

(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2025.
