Refunds are provided when:

  • Service access fails due to technical errors.

  • Misdelivery or incomplete access occurs due to our error.

  • Refund only in case no product delivery.

Not eligible:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Not winning a tender.

  • User-side technical limitations.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide order ID, payment method, and reason for refund.


3. Processing Time
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, issued through the original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds follow their own procedures if PayPal was used.


4. Delivery

Our service is delivered digitally no physical shipments.
