GovTenderHub is a platform for listing, searching, and accessing government tender information, procurement details, and related digital services.
We do not issue tenders ourselves, guarantee award of any tender, or act as an intermediary between users and government authorities.
All tender information is either sourced from publicly available records or provided by third-party sources or users. We strive to keep data accurate, but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness.
You must be 18 years or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of security concerning your account.

By making a purchase, you agree to the relevant gateway’s terms and policies.
Prices are displayed in the currency specified and may include applicable taxes (e.g. GST, VAT), depending on your region.
We reserve the right to change prices, fees, or tax handling with prior notice.
Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not available once the product has been activated, accessed, or delivered.
A refund may be considered in exceptional cases, such as verified technical failure on our part, duplicate billing, or inability to access content.

For subscription-based services, you may choose billing cycles (monthly, yearly, etc.).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewals only; no refunds are issued for the current or past subscription period once service is delivered.
You may cancel renewal from your account settings or by contacting support.
All content, data, graphics, software, and materials on GovTenderHub are protected under copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.
Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of services.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for outcomes relating to tenders (e.g. winning, awarding) or third-party content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GovTenderHub, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the law, our services, or business practices.
We will post the updated version with a revised Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
For users outside that jurisdiction, disputes are subject to those local laws as applicable.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved via good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved via the courts in Indian or alternative dispute resolution if mutually agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified or severed, but the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and your use of the platform (along with associated policies such as Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) represent the full agreement between you and GovTenderHub, superseding prior agreements or understandings.
